I would like to cut mine. but if I want to do all of this right, i think i am going to just buy the DP with cat delete. Harry you might want to look into the recall for your cat. I read on this thread from redline forums http://www.redlineforums....-redline-cat-re-call.html You might want to call Saturn (yes they still kinda exsist only for costumer service tho) and see if your car was effected. I will be doing the same thing.

^ he is right on every level. Thats some bullshit. you should complain to the service manager where ever you took it and tell them about the emissions warranty that the gov. has in place.

will a catless downpipe make the car a lot louder?

I have learned recently that honda and toyota owners buy those cars for a reason. That reason is because they really truly know nothing about cars, and they think that by buying a japanese car they can simply turn away any potential car talk with "well my car is japanese, so it's better than yours"
